Octagon Films was founded in 2002 by Juanita Wilson, Morgan O'Sullivan and James Flynn to make powerful drama for worldwide audiences. Over the last nine years, our feature films and TV drama have won many awards both nationally and internationally.
With our own stories, we initiate and produce feature films and television drama that are resonant and accessible. Recent projects we have developed and produced include the Oscar®-nominated THE DOOR, Juanita Wilson's triple 2011 IFTA-winner AS IF I AM NOT THERE and Neil Jordan's ONDINE starring Colin Farrell.
As a collaborator, we ensure that any incoming partner has a positive film-making experience in Ireland by accessing funding and interacting with the local industry. To accomplish this, we work closely with our partners from the outset to maintain a shared creative vision and mutually agree in advance the role that best achieves this.
Whether as an official co-producer, executive producer or service provider, Octagon prides itself on working closely with its partners and co-producers.
We have produced over thirty international projects ranging from INSIDE I'M DANCING with Working Title/Universal, to THE BORGIAS with Showtime, to HIDEAWAYS with Fidelite Films.
